I do mostly 16x9 24P HD work, so you may have to vary for your use. These are more about the more esoteric of the settings, click around to see what changes, what stays the same. I usually use 640x360 as my largest size, but feel free to make bigger if your clientele has very fast internet and new computers, or you are ok with long downloads. These are the smallest file sizes verses high video quality.
